Why do we collect information?

DELALI AUTO uses your contact details, vehicle information, messages and photos to handle requests, arrange appointments, prepare quotes, carry out work and manage invoicing. Processing related to a request or service supports its preparation and fulfilment.

Who has access?

The workshop owner and its hosting and email providers, within the scope of their tasks. Your data is not sold and no automated marketing is planned. Google Maps and WhatsApp links open their services, which have their own policies.

Your private tracking page

A personal link provides access to the relevant job for 90 days and can be revoked by the garage. Share it only with authorised people. Internal notes and other jobs are not displayed.

Retention

Expired links are deleted by the scheduled task. Sent messages are removed from the queue after 30 days and aggregate metrics after 13 months. Customer records and documents are retained for service follow-up and applicable obligations; the workshop owner reviews retention periods. The latest 14 local backups are kept.

Cookies and metrics

A session is used to secure forms and sign-in. The workshop language preference may be stored on your device. Local counters record daily page and click totals without advertising profiles. A temporary IP fingerprint helps prevent abuse. No third-party advertising tracker is installed.
